Terms of Service

Last updated: September 24, 2026

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Hivemind Labs (“OneMove”, “we”, “us”), operator of OneMove at https://onemove.coach. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use OneMove.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use OneMove. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure. You’re responsible for all activity under your account.

3. The service

OneMove is an AI-powered coaching product. Each day it selects one recommended business action (a “move”) based on the goal, numbers and context you provide, checks in with you, and tracks whether you completed it. Free accounts get a first move with no signup, a 7-day full Pro trial with no card required, and then one move per week. Paid plans are described on our pricing page and in Section 6.

4. AI-generated content — read this

Moves, check-in replies and coaching messages are generated by large language models based on what you tell us. They can be wrong, generic, or based on incomplete information. OneMove is not a licensed professional and does not provide therapy, medical, legal, tax, or financial advice. Nothing in the app is a substitute for advice from a qualified professional where one is appropriate.

OneMove does not guarantee any income, revenue, client, or business outcome. We track whether you did the move and what happened next — the business result is yours to earn, and you’re solely responsible for the actions you take (or don’t take) based on a move or coaching message, including any communication you send to a third party.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use OneMove for anything illegal, fraudulent, or to harass or deceive anyone.
  • Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or resell the underlying models, prompts, or coaching logic.
  • Share your account, or use automated tools to abuse the service or its fair-use limits.
  • Upload content you don’t have the right to share, or that infringes another’s rights.
  • Interfere with the service’s operation or security.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section, with or without notice.

6. Subscriptions, trial, billing and cancellation

Free accounts start with a first move and a 7-day full-access Pro trial — no card required. If you upgrade to a paid plan, billing is monthly or annual as selected at checkout, and your subscription automatically renews at the then-current price for the plan you’re on until you cancel.

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record and authorized reseller for OneMove. Lemon Squeezy handles your payment details, invoicing, and applicable sales tax or VAT; their terms and privacy policy apply to the payment transaction in addition to these Terms.

You can cancel anytime from Settings → Billing, or by emailing support@onemove.coach. Cancellation stops future renewals; you keep access through the end of the period you already paid for. See our Refund Policy for refund eligibility.

7. Fair use

To keep OneMove fast and fairly priced for everyone, paid accounts are subject to a fair-use limit of 40 coach messages per day and an underlying monthly generation-spend cap per account. These limits are set generously above normal use; if you hit them, the coach will tell you and you can continue the next day. We may adjust these limits and will make reasonable efforts to notify affected users of material reductions.

8. Founding member price lock

Founding Annual membership is limited to 100 seats at $99/year. The $99/year price is locked for as long as your subscription stays continuously active — if you cancel or your subscription lapses (including non-payment after retries), the lock ends and re-subscribing is at the then-current standard price. The founding price lock is non-transferable and applies only to the account it was purchased under.

9. Intellectual property

OneMove, its logo, product design and underlying software are owned by Hivemind Labs. You retain ownership of the information you enter (your goals, numbers and messages). You grant us a license to process that information to operate and improve the service, subject to our Privacy Policy.

10. Termination

You may stop using OneMove and delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms, non-payment, or risk to the service or other users. On termination, your right to use the service ends immediately; data handling on deletion is described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Disclaimers

OneMove is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will be accurate or suitable for your situation.

12. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hivemind Labs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising from your use of OneMove. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we’ll notify you by email or in-app notice before it takes effect. Continued use of OneMove after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
