OneMove

AI Disclosure

Last updated: September 24, 2026

You are talking to an AI, not a human. The coach in OneMove — including your daily move, check-in replies, and any coaching conversation — is generated by a large language model. It is not a licensed coach, therapist, doctor, lawyer, accountant, or financial advisor, and nothing it says should be treated as professional advice.

1. How moves are generated

Each day, OneMove looks at the number you’re tracking, your stated goal, what you told it in past check-ins, and your recent moves. It sends that context to a language model (via OpenRouter, using models from providers such as Anthropic and OpenAI) with instructions to pick one specific, time-boxed action most likely to move your number. The model’s output becomes your move. Evening check-ins and coach replies work the same way — your response is added to the model’s context for that reply.

2. Limitations

  • The model only knows what you’ve told it. It can’t see your inbox, calendar, CRM, or bank account unless you describe them.
  • It can misjudge your situation, suggest something you’ve already tried, or be generic if you give it little context.
  • It does not guarantee any income, client, or business outcome — it recommends actions, you decide whether to take them.
  • It is not a substitute for legal, tax, medical, or financial advice, and it is not a crisis or mental health service.
  • Language models can produce confident-sounding but incorrect statements. Treat any factual claim (a law, a tax rule, a platform policy) as a starting point to verify, not a final answer.

3. If you’re in crisis

OneMove is a business coaching tool. It is not equipped to help with a mental health crisis or emergency. If you or someone you know is in crisis, please contact a real, trained human:

  • United States: call or text 988 (Suicide & Crisis Lifeline), 24/7.
  • Outside the US: find a local helpline at findahelpline.com.
  • If it’s an emergency, call your local emergency number.

4. Reporting a bad response

If the coach gives you a move or reply that’s wrong, unsafe, off-base, or just bad, you can flag it directly in the check-in thread, or email support@onemove.coach with what happened. We review reports to improve the coaching prompts and, where needed, adjust or remove problematic patterns.
